Zenon Matias Jimenez : 

Now in his mid 30’s is the youngest of the Tijuana Velvet masters. Originally from Oaxaca Mexico Zenon moved to northern Meixco in early 1990s in order to pursue his dream of developing an art career specializing in velvet oil painting. Today Zenon is at the top of his field and is often hired to paint works used in film and TV. (More about Zenon coming soon.)
