Enrique Felix has been painting on velvet since the 1960s. When the 1974-75 velvet craze hit he moved to Los Vegas were a hotel hired him to paint velvets to sell to the tourists. Today Felix is once again painting in his native town of Tijuana Mexico. On Sunny weekends Felix can be found setting up his art stand near the Arch on Avenida Revolucion.
